Privacy
In short: we register your job and, if you ask us to, tell you when a licensed removalist covers your town; nobody rings you from this site in the meantime. It isn't used for anything else. VFXMAGIC, a Victorian company, runs Traralgon Asbestos Removal.
Traralgon Asbestos Removal is an enquiry service; the removal is done by a WorkSafe-licensed removalist. None is connected to this site yet: we register your job and, if you ask, tell you when one covers your town.
What we collect
Whatever you put in the form: your name, phone number, town or suburb, the job details and any photos. The form itself is hosted by Netlify, which stores your submission and any photos and emails them to us.
Who it goes to
Nobody yet. No removalist covers Traralgon through this site at present, so your details go no further than us. If you asked to be told when one does, we send exactly one message when that happens; only a reply of yes moves your details to that single removalist, who must not pass them on or use them to market anything else. Without that tick, your details only ever count toward demand by town and material. A registration lapses after 12 months and is then deleted.
A removalist weighing up whether to cover a town sees only how many enquiries it has had, by material and rough timing. Nobody gets a name, a phone number or a photo until you've said yes to passing yours on.
Alerts may also go to Telegram, a messaging service hosted overseas, once that is switched on; any alert messages would be cleared out of that chat at least annually.
How long we keep it
The enquiry details you send us are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you want yours deleted sooner, email hello@vfxmagic.com.au.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. If basic visit counting is ever added, it will use a privacy-respecting service that doesn't identify you.
